Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickTARA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

QuickTARA is an on-premise automotive cybersecurity compliance tool that performs threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA) and maps results to regulatory frameworks including EU CRA 2024/2847, ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, IEC 62443, and GB/T 44462.

3. License and Usage

• QuickTARA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the term of your subscription.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software without written consent.

4. On-Premise Deployment

The software runs on your infrastructure. You are responsible for maintaining the security, availability, and backup of your deployment environment. QuickTARA does not access your data remotely unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.

5. Compliance Disclaimer

QuickTARA assists with compliance workflows but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Final compliance determinations are the responsibility of the user and relevant certification bodies. Reports generated by QuickTARA are tools to support — not replace — your compliance process.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in QuickTARA, including its methodology, algorithms, CRA mappings, and documentation, belong to LeonSecure. Your data and generated reports remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTARA and LeonSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your license to use QuickTARA ceases. Your data remains on your infrastructure.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
